Our visiting lecture at Mishima Junior High School in Nasushiobara city was featured in the February 10 (Tue) edition of Tochigi Kensetsu Shimbun!
To communicate the appeal of the construction and electrical work industries to many people,
11 electrical contractors in Nasushiobara City established the Nasushiobara Electrical Work Appeal Promotion Study Group.
We are regularly giving visiting lectures at local schools.

Since 2015, HITEC has been conducting cleaning activities (I-Road Tochigi) six times a year as part of our CSR activities.
For this continuous effort, we received a certificate of appreciation from the Director of the Otawara Civil Engineering Office, Tochigi Prefecture.
The volunteer support program appreciation presentation ceremony was featured in the Tochigi Kensetsu Shimbun and Nikkan Kensetsu Shimbun published on December 6.

We acquired ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015.
Considering quality and the environment, we will aim to be a "company loved by people and society," which is our management philosophy!

Thanks to your support, HITEC Inc. celebrated its 75th anniversary on June 1, 2024.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to our customers and everyone who has supported us to reach this 75th year milestone.
The history of our company began in 1949 when my grandfather founded a consumer electronics business called Hasuike Radio Shop.
Later, the current chairman established Hasuike Electrical Company Ltd. in 1973, laying the foundation for our current company.
Based on this foundation, so that HITEC Inc. will continue to be an indispensable entity for the region and society,
we will never forget our original intentions. Under our management philosophy of becoming a "company loved by people and society," all employees will unite and aim to become an enterprise that lasts 100 or 200 years.

We held a family visiting day on Saturday, April 27.
Thank you to the many families who participated in activities like riding heavy equipment such as aerial work platforms, excavators, and forklifts, and experiencing static electricity.

A new program by Uji Koji, "Uji Koji's SORRY SORRY," starts on RADIO BERRY!

In the construction industry, overtime limits will be enforced from April 2024.
We are required to promote the five-day workweek, encourage taking annual paid leave, and review the prescribed working hours.
For the past few years, HITEC has been gradually increasing non-working days and has established designated paid leave days.
Starting this fiscal year, we have introduced a five-day workweek, and the number of annual holidays has increased significantly compared to before.
We are providing iPads to all employees to further streamline work efficiency!

HITEC has started presenting long-service awards from this fiscal year.
This time, 7 people who contributed to the development of our company for over 10 years were honored!
Congratulations!
Next year, we also have employees eligible for the 10-year and 20-year awards.

The Japan Tour with pedometers we have been doing since last November.
Most of our employees are passing through the Tohoku region.
Currently, the leading employee is passing through Fukui Prefecture!
It looks like we will achieve the Japan tour within this year.

We have introduced the Ino Tadataka Pedometer!
This pedometer allows you to feel like you are walking around the map of Japan like a game.
At HITEC Inc., all employees, starting with the President, carry this pedometer.
We plan to introduce monthly prizes for employees who walk a lot.

As part of health promotion, we have introduced balance balls to the office.
We use balance balls instead of chairs to strengthen our core!
Even with a ring to support the ball, it is surprisingly tough to stay balanced during the day.

We also placed some balance balls in the craftsmen's seating area!
At the end of the day, they sit on balance balls while writing their daily reports.

The FY2023 Excellent Constructor commendation ceremony was featured in the November issue of PR Nasushiobara!

The Sansetsu Miraikai is an organization where the electricity, plumbing, and painting industries in Tochigi Prefecture unite to conduct activities.
As an educational part, we conducted an on-site lecture at Tochigi Prefectural Ken-ou Industrial Technology Specialized School.　
In the electrical department, they had a practical experience on lighting equipment replacement construction.

This week, we are hosting high school internships.
Internships, which have been suspended due to the pandemic, have finally begun to resume.
On their third day today, they went to inspect a site under construction!
