As the electrical contracting industry changes significantly with the times, we have been able to continue growing thanks to your warm support.
Since taking over as President upon our 70th anniversary, the thing I value most is "creating an environment where people can grow and shine."
Our work plays a vital role in fundamentally supporting people's lives through social infrastructure, but it is none other than "the strength of each individual employee" that makes this possible.
For HITEC to take the leap toward becoming a 100-year company, we need the strength of new colleagues who will think together, challenge together, and shoulder the next generation.

Nikko Cedar Avenue Owner System
We endorse the owner system aimed at protecting and restoring tree vigor to the "Nikko Cedar Avenue," a special national historic site and special natural monument. To pass on this magnificent landscape, unparalleled in the world, to the children of the future, we engage in environmental conservation and social contribution through continuous support.
Ai Park Tochigi
As a member of the Tochigi Prefecture Equipment Business Association, we participate in cleaning up fallen leaves at Nasunogahara Park three times a year. We continuously work on beautifying our familiar natural environment.
Ai Road Tochigi
At HITEC, we conduct cleaning activities on Prefectural Route 303 six times a year. In recognition of this activity, a signboard with our company name was installed in January 2020. We strongly contribute to the local community through the "Ai Road Tochigi" activities that keep our local roads beautiful.

ISO9001 / 14001 Certification
We acquired ISO9001:2015 (Quality) and ISO14001:2015 (Environment). We aim to create a better society through environmentally conscious corporate activities while increasing customer satisfaction through quality improvement.
BCP (Business Continuity Plan)
Certified in October 2020 so that even if disaster strikes, critical operations can be restored within an acceptable timeframe without interruption. We conduct regular safety confirmations and annual disaster drills.
Health and Productivity Management Organization
We have been certified as a "Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry continuously since 2021, strategically implementing employee health management from a corporate perspective.
Men and Women Active Enterprise Certification
We aims to be a company where both men and women can work vigorously. We actively promote taking time off for children's events and strive to increase the rate of men taking childcare leave.
Tochigi Health Management Business Certification
To promote the physical and mental health of our employees, we enforce a completely smoke-free workplace (providing non-smoking allowances). We also reduce overtime by establishing "No Overtime Days" on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of every month.
Formulation of General Employer Action Plan
We have drawn up an action plan based on the "Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children" and the "Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace." We are striving to create an environment where all employees can balance work and child-rearing.

A vibrant workplace! In-house events where employees and their families smile.
Employee Trip
We organize an employee trip every two years. In the past, we have visited overseas resorts such as China and Taiwan, and various domestic locations including Okinawa and Nagasaki. It is a great opportunity to heal from daily fatigue and deepen the bonds between employees across different departments.
Family Event Scenes
Once a year, we host a "Family Event (Visiting Day)" to invite the families who support our employees. It is a highly popular event that gives families a glimpse into our workplace environment while providing a fun opportunity for employees and their families to bond and interact with one another.
